We do Blower Door, Duct Blaster tests, Air Seal Penetration and more!
Blower Door test
This test checks for leakage in the whole house.
What is it?
How it works?
When performing a Blower Door test, we first close all exterior doors and windows. Next, we set up our equipment at an exterior entrance. Then we use the Blower Door to depressurize the house to 50 pascals. Lastly, we use the volume of the house to calculate the air leakage to the outside.

What is it?
If your home is expensive to heat and cool or has uncomfortable rooms, one of the main reasons is undoubtedly air leaks. Air leakage happens throughout the home as the air you pay to condition slips through cracks, joints, and other openings. This process naturally forces your HVAC system to work harder and will make your home too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer.
Air Seal Penetration
Air Seal Penetration seals air flow gaps from the outside
How it works?
First, we apply caulk and foam to areas where any possibly and visible gaps are located. Once applied, the gaps and holes covered would no longer have air flow/leakage. Thus making your home more air tight.

How it works?
What is it?
This test checks for leakage in the home's duct work
First, we shut off the air system and seal off all registers and returns. Next, we set up our equipment at a return. Then, we pressurize the ductwork and measure how much air leakage is escaping out. Lastly, for new and existing homes, we use the square footage to calculate exactly how much air leakage there is.
